999999999 & LYNSY take the dancefloor on a "TRIP ON ACID"
After months as one of the most requested unreleased tracks in their festival sets, Italian techno duo 999999999 and Dutch techno artist LYNSY release "TRIP ON ACID", out now on Tomorrowland Music.
The first collaboration between the two artists blends an instantly recognizable vocal hook with raw, acid-driven energy, a sound made for big festival moments. Long before its release, 999999999 made the track a fixture in their sets around the world. The crowd reacted every single time, and one question kept coming back: what is this track?
"TRIP ON ACID started when we connected with LYNSY around the idea of doing a track together. From the first times we played it, the combination of the vocal hook and the acid energy immediately connected with the crowd. We've been testing it for months at major festivals around the world, and seeing people recognize it and ask for the track before it was even released made us realize there was something special about it. We're really happy that it found its home at Tomorrowland Music and that people can finally hear the full version." – 999999999
999999999 have built a global following with hardware-driven live shows rooted in improvisation, their unmistakable acid sound and an intense touring schedule that has taken them to Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, EDC, Awakenings and Time Warp.
Breda-based LYNSY brings the intensity of her years in the hard dance scene into her bouncy, high-energy techno. Her releases have already passed 4.2 million streams, with support from artists including 999999999 themselves.
After months of building anticipation on the road, "TRIP ON ACID" is finally out now on all platforms.
