Dansyn & Voltech team up for club-ready debut "Step To The Floor"
Two rising forces in underground house share a record built to move a room.
- "Step To The Floor," the new collaboration between Dallas-based artist Dansyn and Brazilian producer Voltech, is out now on Tomorrowland Music and 1001 Recordings.
The track centres on a commanding vocal hook with an almost physical pull, wrapped in a dark, driving groove and anchored by a sharp saw lead that locks the whole thing in place. Simple, direct, and instantly readable on a dancefloor, it is exactly the kind of record both artists set out to make. Dansyn has been road-testing it in his sets for months, watching rooms react before the crowd even knows what they are hearing.
"It's one of those records where you can feel the room react before the drop even fully hits. The vocal gives people something to latch onto, and then when the groove comes in it just works." - Dansyn

With Canadian roots and a home base in Dallas, DANSYN has carved out his place in the new wave of house music, blending infectious hooks, tight percussion and heavyweight basslines with a raw, club-focused edge. In 2026, a run of releases across John Summit’s Experts Only, Insomniac and MEDUZA’s Aeterna has continued to push the project forward, backed by major DJ support and recognition from 1001Tracklists’ The Future of Dance. With a growing catalogue and increasingly high-profile shows around the world, DANSYN is firmly establishing his own lane in modern house music.
Voltech, one of Brazil's most exciting voices in house music, has built a catalogue spanning Spinnin' Records, Repopulate Mars, and CONTROVERSIA, earning support from FISHER, Cloonee, Alok, Vintage Culture, and more. A long-time admirer of Dansyn's work going back to his DLMT chapter, Voltech brought a shared instinct for dancefloor-first music to a collaboration that came together naturally and without compromise.
"'Step To The Floor' is special to play live because it's a kind of wildcard that always works on the dancefloor." - Voltech
